Development of new products (through injection) with tactile discrimination in a specific area of the surface.
This is a project for the development of Innovative Industrial Research Activities (AEI). The development of new injection-processed products with tactile discrimination to allow the injection-moulded part to be sensitive to interaction on a section of its surface. Interaction encompasses not just the area where the piece is touched (like a classic touch screen) but also the way it is touched, offering the system more information about the environment and/or the user’s needs.
